Orders
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. You can see your shipping options at checkout.
How do I know my order was placed successfully?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase.
Which payment methods can I use?
We offer several payment methods, including iDEAL, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal and bank transfer. The available options are shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to make a change. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change it.
How do I use my discount code?
Enter your discount code in the field at checkout. The discount is applied immediately to your order total.

When can I expect my order?
Orders placed before 12:00 on working days are dispatched the same day and usually arrive the following day. Orders placed after 12:00 usually arrive after one working day.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your parcel on the shipping partner’s website.
What should I do if I entered the wrong address?
If you entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible. We will check whether we can update it before your order is shipped.

How do I return a product?
Email info@coate.nl to register your return. Include your order number and reason for returning. We will send you further instructions.
Are there any costs for returning products?
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is damaged or you received an incorrect item.
When will I receive my refund after returning an item?
Once we have received and approved your return, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.
