1. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from coaté and to every agreement concluded via our website www.coate.nl between coaté and the consumer.
By placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Offer and agreement

We do our best to display all information and prices on our website correctly and completely. However, errors may occur. You cannot derive any rights from unintentional errors.
An agreement is concluded when you place an order and we confirm it.

3. Prices and payments

All prices listed are inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs are clearly stated during the ordering process.
You can pay with the available payment methods such as iDEAL, credit card or Klarna.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery will take place at the address you specified.
Coaté is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

5. Right of withdrawal (returns)

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product.

Conditions:

The item is unused, undamaged and in original packaging
Return costs are at your own expense

After receipt and approval of the return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days.

6. Warranty and complaints

Our products are covered by the legal warranty. Do you have a complaint or is there something wrong with the product you received?
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt via info@coate.nl . We will work together to find a suitable solution.

7. Liability

Coaté is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of products, or by circumstances beyond our control (such as transport damage or malfunctions at third parties).

8. Intellectual property

All images, texts, designs and logos on the website are the property of coaté and may not be used or copied without permission.

9. Privacy

10. Disputes and applicable law

These general terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
