How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because we process orders quickly, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible if you want to make changes. We cannot make changes after shipping.
Which payment methods can I use to pay?
We offer various payment methods, such as iDEAL, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal and bank transfer. You will see the available options during the checkout process.
How can I use my discount code?
At checkout you will see a field where you can enter your discount code. The discount will be applied immediately to the total amount of your order.
What should I do if I entered an incorrect address?
If you notice that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will see if we can still make the change before your order is shipped.

Where are my orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped from the Netherlands, and shipping costs and delivery time are automatically calculated during the checkout process.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on your location and the shipping method you choose. Below you can find the shipping rates per country:
Netherlands: €6.95
Belgium & Germany: €7.95
Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden: € 16.95
All other countries in the EU: €22.95

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. You can view your shipping options during the checkout process.
How soon can I expect my order?
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. Usually it takes 2 business days, but this can vary.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track and trace number so you can track the package via the shipping partner's website.
Returns
What is the return policy for items?
You can return products within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are unused and in their original condition. For more information, please see our returns policy.
How can I return a product?
Fill out our online returns form to register your return. We will then send you further instructions.
Are there any costs associated with returning products?
The cost of returning depends on your location. You will see the return cost automatically during the returns process, but here are the costs for some countries:
- Netherlands: €5.95
- Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg: €7.95
Return costs are at your own expense, unless the product is damaged or you accidentally received the wrong item.
When will I get my money back after returning an item?
Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Can I exchange an item for another product?
We do not offer direct exchange service. If you want another product, you can return the original item and place a new order.
